The Alliance may already have copies of the program's course descriptions and outlines (e.g. syllabus, course descriptions) that can be used in the assessment process.
Please contact our Client Services Coordinator at csc@alliancept.org or by phone at 416-234-8800 (extension 30) before sending the Document Request Form to your school to confirm if the syllabus is required from your school. |
