Verifying your Credentialling or Exam Status

When you apply for a licence to practice physiotherapy, you may need CAPR to verify your credentialling or exam status. To do this, you must submit a Verification Request Form.

CAPR will process your completed Verification Request Form within 5 business days. We will email it to the regulator in the province or territory where you are applying, or to another agency of your choice.

Step 1: Log in to the client portal

Go to the Portal Login to log in to your account with your username and password.

Step 2: Create the Verification Request Form

In your profile, go to the Apply tab.
Click ‘Create Verification Request Form’.

Step 3: Tell us who to send it to

Select one of the Canadian regulatory colleges.

Select ‘Other’. Enter the email address of the person or agency you want us to send the completed form to.

Step 4: Submit the request

Review your information and click ‘Submit’.
