Canada Post went on a nationwide strike on Thursday, September 25, 2025. This will impact mail delivery services to the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators (CAPR)’s office.
To minimize delays in submitting documents to our office, CAPR clients can do the following:
- Send your documents electronically. Your school can now send your Document Request Form and official transcripts to CAPR through our Institution Portal. Go to the ‘Providing Documents’ page for more information about how to submit documents electronically.
- Send your documents to our office by courier service.
We’d like to remind clients that CAPR sends communications, including assessment decisions and exam results, by email or through the Client Portal. The strike will not impact these services.
