Here is what you need to know:
Current CAPR Client (you have previously applied for credentialling or the exam)
- You will receive an email with your login details over the next 4 business days.
- We have a large number of active clients and want to ensure a smooth transition.
- We ask for your patience – Emails will be sent in groups over 4 business days. Clients will receive emails on different dates/times.
- DO NOT attempt to log in to the portal before you receive an email from CAPR with your login details.
- Attempting to create an account before you receive your login details will result in delays.
New Client (you have never submitted a credentialling or exam application to CAPR)
- When the portal is live, you can create your account.
- Once you’ve created your account, you will be able to apply for credentialling or the exam.
