As we continue to reimagine processes to better serve our clients, CAPR is pleased to announce credentialling documents no longer need to be notarized.
Effective immediately, clients can upload PDF copies of their identity documents, physiotherapy degree, and internship certificate (if applicable) through our Client Portal.
If you have previously submitted notarized documents, you do not need to submit another copy. The previously submitted notarized copy remains acceptable.
